Mattwich

You say goodbye, and I say hello!

Another Mattwich was packed into my lunch!

IMG_2737 (640x427)

Applegate Farms Herbed Turkey with tomato, lettuce, mustard and what looks like a little mayo? All on a Flax Oat Bran Bun!

IMG_2741 (640x427)

Oikos. Simply the best.

IMG_2735 (640x427)

How bout them melons –

IMG_2731 (640x427)

Almonds in a jar (AIAJ!) for dessert!

IMG_2744 (640x427)

IMG_2730 (640x427)

Snacktime!! I really like these bars! They are chewy yet crunchy with big chunks of real food.

IMG_2746 (640x427)

Wish it were Friday but it’s really Thursday because I’m working tomorrow. Sniff.

Lovely lunch. I do love me some Oikos! Boo on having to work on Saturday! I have to work every third weekend as a RN and it bums me out. Wish I had weekends off all the time.

A simple turkey sandwich sounds good for lunch, I haven’t had much lunch meat in awhile. The time difference strikes again!

Sorry you have to work tomorrow but it’ll be over before you know it.

Hahaha…my husband made dinner for me last night, and it sure didn’t look like that!

Oikos is the best, but I’m so torn on the dairy issue right now. I’m kind of anti-cow’s milk at the moment.

I’d love to get your take on it.
