Leftovers Of Leftovers

IMG_1933Blog

I’m spreading my time between multiple projects today – doing a little of this and a little of that. Bakery marketing things (copywriting, photo editing), guest blogging things, Home Neat Home basement, and a new post concept page I’m planning. Fun times!

I headed out on this sunny day at noon for a quick run before lunch. Sometimes I’m amazed at how much ground I can cover and have so few miles under my belt. I felt like I ran clear across town and back and clocked in 4.3 miles. Other times I zig and zag and barely leave our neighborhood to get 5!

Back at the fort, I headed up a leftover serving of our Thanksgiving soup

Enhanced with sriracha and more kale!

Cranberry toast on the side.

The boss and I have a call at 4:30 with Great Harvest, so I’m headed there to prepare. TTYL!

That cranberry on toast looks wonderful. My son… he’s the sriracha king. Best of luck getting all of your tasks done. 🙂

I’m obsessed with bread with tahini and jam. I eat it at every meal. I just wish I could get GH bread. Right now I’m flying through the Udi’s. I also discovered the Food For Life english muffins which are great. It’s been awhile since I had english muffins and I’m enjoying them.
Will GH ever branch into bagels, wraps, english muffins?

So sad we’re all out of leftover cranberry sauce! Toast-topper would have been a perfect way to finish it off, instead of just digging in with a spoon :-/

I’m a pretty inexperienced runner, but I want to get more into it… One of my problems is not knowing how to dress appropriately for our current weather (I would wait until it warms up for the day, so 40-55 degrees out)…any suggestions?
