Last Stop

Karen and I are on the road to Hillsborough. This morning I did my Expecting More DVD before packing up and moving out. I did the Synergy workout – a combo of strength and cardio. Faith let me borrow her 7 lb weights, so it was a great workout!

image this !

I picked up Karen and we headed to the bakery for lunch!

image

We made little salads… For nutrients 🙂 Topped with amazing tomatoes, olives and some of our lemon hummus.

image

And I satisfied all of my cravings with the almond butter banana crunch sandwich!

image

We have been driving in horrible storms. I took the first two hours and Karen just took over! Time for a little reading, methinks.

I want a bite of that sandwich! I’m eating my own body weight in almond butter at the moment!!! It’s definitely winning over peanut butter!

That almond butter oozing out of your sandwich looks amazing even though I am not a big fan of almond butter. I just don’t like the texture!

Heavy downpours here too! We drove back via Nashville on Thursday in great weather. Bob listened reluctantly to the last half of my audio book “The Flight of Gemma Hardy.” You are lucky you can read in a car! Have a wonderful weekend.

She is a trooper! Back to gentle yoga and work, but that baby girl likes sitting upright. Next visit they will discuss “options,” but I think she has decided there will be no “external cephalic version”
