Knee Deep

In oats!!

IMG_3305 (640x427)

Hello blueberry oat bran..

IMG_3286 (640x427)

Bubble, bubble, toil and trouble..

1/3 cup each GH cinnamon raisin oat mix, banana, milk, water…plus more oats because I added too much water and needed to thicken it up!

IMG_3291 (640x427)

Topping:

IMG_3287 (640x427)

Plus heated blueberries and TJ’s Valencia PB!

IMG_3301 (640x427)

IMG_3298 (640x427)

Yeller Cali bowl!

IMG_3302 (640x427)

Caftea Chocolate Cherry Cordial

IMG_3296 (640x427)

Enjoyed back inside with laughter, Michael Scott, Liz Lemon and Matt.

You know you’re compatible when you love the same shows but laugh hysterically at totally different parts. Best part of The Office: when Big Boss Jo says "SPEAK" and the dog woofs! LOL!!!

IMG_3292 (640x427)

A bit more on yesterday – after work I ate an apple and some brazil nuts and headed straight to the YMCA next to the hospital. It’s a bit fancier than my home one and has a big locker room with towel service! I did 26×3: 26 minutes on the ET, and then 26 lengths in the pool followed by 26 more for a total of about 26 minutes 🙂 It was an awesome swim and I went hard and strong with no stopping.

Meanwhile, Matt was making those delicious veggie burgers. I have the recipe, but I’m saving it for a special project I’m working on, so I will share it in time!

Today’s Agenda

  • Laundry
  • Freelance work
  • RUN!!!
  • Brunch
  • WICKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • Grocery shopping
  • Actually cooking a dinner myself
  • Pack lunch
  • Relax?

Do you think you maybe have a mild case of obsessive complulsion disorder?
I am not meaning this sarcastically,I have a friend who has a touch of this….
I am wondering why every workout has to be mentioned on blog?Like yesterday’s didn’t need to be mentioned on today’s post…did you feel compelled to include it?
Would you do a workout and NOT put it on the blog?I think that could be a healthy thing to do actually.
And perhaps many food bloggers are slightly compulsive to be taking photos of every meal and snack every day….interesting phenomena.I guess this is true for many people!!Fascinating stuff 😉

You’re so right about loving the same shows but different parts. My fiance and I LOVE Modern Family. I am not even allowed to watch it until he’s available to watch it with me. We definitely find different parts hilarious and that is funny in itself.

You will love Wicked. It’s so awesome! Have you read the book? I loved it as well, but they’re both very different so I love them in different ways. 🙂
