When I left for noontime yoga I wasn’t hungry, but many warriors and 5 miles of biking later, I was starving!!!
Bring on the real food!
I made a platter of dips and nibbles:
Crunchy Bright Basil Bean Dip and Pumpkin Yogurt with Cinnamon
Celery, carrots, peppers for dipping
Orange for juice. I’ve been craving orange and it was just as good as I’d hoped!
I think these crackers should be called "Matt Crack"The whole batch is already gone! Good thing he’s making more (recipe to come!)
Lemon water is my new thing – I never buy lemons! This week I bought one and pre-sliced it into water-ready slices. It’s working so well. Must. Continue. This.
