UFO, UF Smell

Wake me up, when September ends.

Cause it’s FLYING BY!!!!!!!!!

Speaking of flying, I think a UFO delivered this strange creature to our basement window. He’s been hanging out all morning!

Rawww!

Our basement also now features the sweet scent of male armpit. And it’s not my husband’s! I think that kitty did his business nearby…

Mmmm kitty pee. Breakfast anyone!?

The Overnight Oats Mix:

  • 1/3 cup raw oats
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt (<– not greek so it was liquidier today)
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Cinnamon
  • Pinch kosher salt
  • Half banana

This AM:

  • Chopped apple
  • Pear Fig Jam
  • Earnest Foods Apple Ginger Crumbles (<– from a sample pack bar)
  • Nutty’s Cinnamon Raisin PB

Got my GLEE on with a cup of coffee after breakfast!

<3ed the songs!

Love the table where your oatmeal is, where did you get it? Also, I thought of your blog this morning because the local newspaper featured a recipe on how to make kale chips and I had never heard of them before!

Overnight oats…an absolute favorite. I find myself eating it often lately because I know as the weather gets colder I won’t want it as much.

We are getting a heat wave at the end of this week–I think Friday might be my last overnight oats for a while! I am not sure I can do them in the chilly mornings otherwise!
