Inside Out Stomach

Early breakfast + long workout + busy bakery + long sandwich line left me totally famished!

Body Pump was particularly hard today (because I added more weight!) and I got to the gym a little early so I did an extra spin around downtown on my bike.

When I got to work, I worked the front counter for a while and had to nibble on brownies between customers for nourishment. Sometimes you gotta get your blood sugar up with the good stuff!

IMG_3013 (640x427)

I finally got to sit down with an amazing lunch!

IMG_3022 (640x427)

Dakota hamburger bun stuffed with: Swiss cheese, strawberry jam, cucumber + romaine. Trust me, it was good!!

IMG_3017 (640x427)

I also ate the perfect pear that I brought from home

IMG_3018 (640x427)

Wrinkled tips mean it’s ripe!

IMG_3021 (640x427)

And decaf coffee. Because it’s goooood.

IMG_3023 (640x427)

As Mr. Burns would say “Exxxxxcellent”

IMG_3016 (640x427)

I’ve got to-dos on my list and am going to try to get Matt to squeeze my shoulders – they are SO tired!!

Haha – the shoulder squeeze is always my request too! Feels wonderful on tired muscles.

And I know just what you mean about that pear! That’s the stage where you bite into it and it just melts in your mouth (and the juice drips all down your chin!).

I daresay that sandwich looks wonderful but could use some ONIONS! 😉 juuuust kidding!

Pear preferences are serious in my household. Wrinkly means ripe and delicious to most. However when I buy pears they have to be hard as a ROCK! To each their pear ripeness own huh! 🙂

I live in Madrid, Spain and I have to say the pears here far beat any I have had in the States. I have no idea why. But it’s true!
