How We Roll

IMG_8686-2Blog

Lots and lots of sweet pumpkin sheet cakes…cream cheese frosting… [on the Ohs and a little for me on a spoon!]

IMG_8678-2Blog

and…powdered sugar.

IMG_8687-2Blog

The Oh factory was workin’ hard! Everything in here is made from scratch –

PumpkinohBlogPumpkinoh-2Blog

In other bakery news…

Matt made some fabulous sourdough bread – the baking needs a little tweaking, but the bread tastes amazing!

IMG_8676-2Blog

And ladies and gentlemen, we have nut butter back in stock!

IMG_8675-2Blog

We both worked late – Matt making Ohs and me closing down the registers – and came home to want a very simple dinner.

IMG_8834Blog

Leftover casserole from last night… LOVING the cornbread topper!! So crispy.

IMG_8836Blog

Along with what I’d deem a hybrid of scrambled eggs and fried rice. Tomatoes, broccoli, pepper and mushroom sautéed with 2 eggs, cheese and Dr. Pete’s Praline Mustard Glaze and Garlic Chili Sauce. It was quite the dish!!

IMG_8833Blog

IMG_8829Blog

Speaking of pumpkin, Matt’s pumpkin beer is being kegged as I type! And oh the irony of going to sip his “moonshine” during the third episode of Prohibition!

The breads look amazing and good for you at the same time – which not all bread is like that (many healthy breads just don’t taste good)! Come open up a bakery here and visit the wine country and other great food places out this way at the same time – I’ll give you a tour! We could eat our way through Sonoma County.
