Yessssss! I finally slept through the night!! No crickets, no barking dogs, no restlessness.

Couldn’t wait to come down for this!
- 1/3 cup oats, milk, soy milk, half banana, pinch salt
- ~1 tbsp raisins
- ~1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- Splash vanilla
- ~2 tbsp Nature’s Path Granola
- ~2 tbsp walnuts, which I toasted in the microwave for 1 minute on high and they were fab
- Spoonful TJ’s PB
We stayed up and watched Autumn Hearts last night. It was a beautiful film, but I thought the plot was just meh.
Hoping this digests soon because I am going to a 90-minute hot yoga class with Amanda this morning!
