Honey Bear Picnic

Proof that no matter how busy you are, a healthy lunch is easy to piecemeal together.

Especially if honey bears are involved!

We enjoyed such a lovely picnic lunch inside – and the honey we sampled for retail tasted great!! It was delicious on everything (honey + bell pepper – who knew!?)

We are SO CLOSE to being done! We have a few more things we forgot in the video to do tomorrow. We had tons of customers come in today! I think we need a “not open” sign 🙁 But fun to chat with them.

Hey mom – like your crocks!?

IMG_9031Blog

Somebody pour me a glass of wine – we’ve got a birthday to celebrate!

But first…a shower!

Love the veggie sticks in a jar – great way to transport them, and I bet it would fit in a cupholder in my car, which makes it easy to snack on-the-go! The bakery is really coming along!

What brand of coffee will you serve? Does GH have a proprietary brand or can each owner choose their own? Will you be offering alternative milks? Will there be an upcharge for them like at sbux?
I’d love to see you grind your own coffee beans daily. Just like fresh ground wheatberries make a huge difference, so do fresh ground coffee beans.

I went to our local farmer’s market today (it was the 1st time it was open for the new season!) and I was pleased to find that there was a Great Harvest tent there!! The owners I think were from the Wayne, PA store which isn’t too far away from my home. I bought the apple pie loaf & it was amazing! I must say that I was really excited to see a GH tent bc I immeadiately thought of you! I have read your blog for over a year and I don’t comment much – but I wanted to say congrats on opening up your GH and I wish you much success 🙂 They seem like a great company!
