Home, Neat, Home

I’ve got a new series in the works:

IMG_8919

A complete tour and overview of how I’ve simplified and organized my house and life!! I’ve been mentally working on this series for 3 years now.

IMG_8921

Including a glimpse into my closet and all my kitchen drawers.

IMG_8923

I’m going to do these posts separate from my 3-a-day meals, so be on the lookout!

***

Kath Eats Real Food

IMG_8909

A delicious blend of leftover quinoa, chopped spinach, red pepper, carrot, walnuts and soy nuts, all heated in the microwave for 2 minutes to soften and heat.

IMG_8910

I just picked up some of the soy nuts at Whole Foods – they added such a great crunch!

IMG_8902

Seasoned with lavender salt, pepper and the Tahini salad dressing that I got at WF but never used yesterday:

IMG_8903

IMG_8912

On the side – greek yogurt with blackberries (a single lady splurge!) and Ancient Grains granola by Nature’s Path (the exclusive one for Costco that tastes like marshmallows). YUM!

IMG_8907

I cannot get enough mint tea these days!!!!

IMG_8917

IMG_8915

I’m working on a few more things and then hopefully going to the gym with my new Better Homes + Gardens!

Oh I am totally looking forward to your series, Kath!

I am super neat, i.e. anal. And my home decor is really crisp and clean, West Elm and I used to be a Pottery Barn girl. Your house looks like a Pottery Barn poster child…it’s so beautiful! And your drawers are like Martha Stewart or Restoration Hardware. I am the same 🙂 It HAS to all have a neat, tidy, place.
