Green Desires

IMG_2655edited

Was in the mood for something different – and festive! – this morning.

I wanted a green smoothie, but also something crunchy and toasty. I decided to have both!

IMG_2647edited

One of Matt’s cheesy rolls broiled and topped with cranberry sauce on one side and Maranatha AB on the other, and coconut for garnish.

IMG_2649edited

Smoothie of Desire

  • 1 cup organic milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 plum
  • 2 big handfuls spinach

It was amazingly fluffy! And would you believe I drank it out of a….glass!? No bowl or spoon!

I think it’s great you crave green smoothies even when the weather turns cold. I have a bit of trouble making them in colder weather. Consequently, I have to get creative to keep my spinach intake high.
