Matt worked in a few more hours at Great Harvest this morning, so I was solo to spend the morning with myself. And ended up sleeping until 8AM! I decided since we have to be ready by 11:30 to do my workout first, so I had an ample snack to hold me over till later.

I didn’t get to bike to the gym because of some rain 👿 but I had a great workout when I got there. 45 minutes on the ET with Natural Health followed by some abs, squats and lunges with a medicine ball.
