Feelin’ Hot, Hot, Hot!

Ay yi yi! Hot coffee and oatmeal on a humid day has me sweating de la cabeza a los pies!

IMG_2144 (640x427)

Matt brought me a new zucchini raisin muffin from Great Harvest. MMMM!! Got in some veggies at breakfast.  This muffin was huge and I used about 1/3 of one of the halves in my oats. It’s 75% whole grain flour too.

IMG_2135 (640x427)

IMG_2148 (640x427)

The Mix

  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 1/8 cup Bob’s Red Mill 10 Grain Hot Cereal
  • 1 tbsp chia
  • 1/2 tiny banana
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Vanila, salt, cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese, stirred in at end
  • Muffin
  • 1 tbsp Naturally Nutty Vanilla Almond Butter – my last 🙁

IMG_2147 (640x427)

Spring Blend! I’m going to use it up and then be on tea for the summer (so I don’t have to buy more). But I still <3 coffee.

IMG_2141 (640x427)

Help me out on my froth shape!

IMG_2143 (640x427)

IMG_2151 (640x427)

IMG_2137 (640x427)

Best Of The Best

BEST OF THE BEST!!!!

I asked Naturally Nutty if we could package together my 3 favorite flavors for the ultimate taste-test sample pack – they delivered.

May I present my very favorites in the Naturally Nutty line:

Butter Toffee Peanut Butter                Vanilla Almond Butter              Cinnamon Vanilla Sunflower Butter

IMG_4619 (640x427) Vanilla AB Cinnamon Vanilla

In my shop you can try all 3 (in 8 oz jars) for $16. Only 15 remain, but if we sell out, we’ll get more!!

Wish I could stay and play, but work beckons 🙁

anyway, do they have any gluten free breads/muffins that you know of?
if not, that would be a great market for them to tap into 🙂
