Enjoy The Little Clusters

Thanks to the freshly milled flour, our bakery’s carbs are like no other. They have a wonderful, slightly sweet, very fresh doughy essence. And this morning that’s all I could think about!

IMG_1710Blog

Yogurt makes the perfect breakfast base for anything – and I’m loving that it’s clean-up free. In the winter my stomach wants a huge bowl of filling oats, but in the summer I’m more content not turning on the stove and with a lighter yogurt bowl topped with CRUNCH.

IMG_1703Blog-2

IMG_1717Blog-2

Today it was all about the cluster. I topped a cup of Whole Foods organic low-fat plain yogurt with blueberries, Cville Cluster Granola (the bakery’s!), a crumbled Oat Berry Muffin (the bakery’s!), Nat. Nutty CV Sunflower Butter dry clusters (from the bottom of the jar) and chia seeds. Cluster heaven!

IMG_1715BlogIMG_1716Blog

Also – so convenient to have leftover coffee already brewed and chilled for me in the fridge!

IMG_1705Blog

Treat yourself to something small and fun on this Monday!

Oh boy – this yogurt bowl puts my morning’s yogurt bowl to shame (and I thought THAT was good – so I can only imagine how good yours was!)

Love that place mat every time you feature it – I need to start getting some better ones 🙂

    Enjoy your Monday!

Clusters are the best part of the granola! I love them! The only problem is that I pick them out as soon as I get a bag of granola so then I’m stuck with the loose granola. Hmph. What a problem… 😛

Steel cut, old fashioned and quick oats are different in how small they are cut/processed. (I think?) I don’t think one is necessarily healthier than the other, but one might keep you full longer, or you might have a taste preference. I’d say try them all and see what you prefer 🙂
