  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch salt, sprinkle cinnamon, splash vanilla

Yuummm Brie! I did something fantastic with Brie last night too. You should show off your nails on the blog. I always neglect mine so I make sure to get a shot of them for the blog so I can feel good about taking the time to do them, even though I will inevitably screw them up in a day or two.

Love the name of your mac and cheese! I am caught up on netflix through season 3 of Gossip Girl and really want to watch season 4, but I can’t find the first 6 episodes to watch online! It’s killing me that I can’t be in on the action and see what’s happening!

Yes-Gossip Girl was awesome!!! I don’t know about you-but I am sort of liking the Dan/Blair thing they are setting up. When it comes down to it, I’m a total Chuck/Blair fan, but I think Dair has some crazy chemistry. Can’t wait to see where they go with that!!

I love chia seeds in my oatmeal too! I recently read that for the nutritional benefits, they need to be first soaked awhile in water to make a gel prior to cooking/eating. Do you know anything about this?

No, I’ve never read that they HAVE to be soaked. But they are fun when soaked and gel up and that might make them more effective at hydrating.
