Tempeh + jam + basil on Honey Whole Wheat eating!! Packed because I knew I’d be out delivering gift baskets during lunchtime. Matt and I split into two teams, him vs. her, and delivered 40 baskets all around the community. It was exhausting and exhilarating!

Very exciting! I would love to open a bakery some day. Feel free to ignore if this is too personal, but would you ever consider writing a post about what’s needed financially to open a bakery like Great Harvest? Did you need to write a business plan for a bank loan and how you’re managing all these start-up costs? The process is intriguing to me. Sounds scary, but so many people do it that it must be manageable and worth it!

    Good luck!

Thanks for asking Christine. I don’t think this is something I would do because I think it would have to cross the personal line to really be clear about how we opened the business. I know it’s definitely something people are curious about, but I just don’t feel comfortable going into specific details. K
