Cowboy Hello

IMG_7263-2Blog

Marnin’ ( <—say in cowboy accent )

Saturdays are workday for us now and Matt and I each have Great Harvest events to do this morning. Exciting though because we love getting out in the community and supporting good causes.

IMG_7271-2Blog

I made a no-cook breakfast of yogurt, banana, chia seeds, Carrot Raisin Walnut muffin and sun butter.

IMG_7269-2BlogIMG_7268-2Blog

Served with Gypsy Coconut Chai Tea

Have a fantastic day!

Hey Kath, A friend of mine mentioned your blog and I’ve really enjoyed checking out all the delicious foods you come up with. I honestly believed that there wasn’t a person out there that rivaled my love for oatmeal but your page is impressive. I’m from Boston area but in west Africa at the moment and just wanted to say thanks for all of your posts! Love it!

    Hi Kath!

Thought Saturdays were a work day for you anyways, and Sunday is your day off?
But I could be confused 😉

I think it’s great it looks like you have a really nice schedule-not as hectic as Matt’s and
you are able to fit in exercise during the daytime. Sounds good to me! (I would aspire
to a bit more flexible work schedule but allas not in the works for me,bummer!)
