Choosing Favorites

One of the hardest things about blogging [other than finding great natural light and choosing a title] is picking favorites of the hundreds of photos I take everyday.

Sometimes there are clear winners and losers

IMG_1199

Other times I like them all!

OatyBlog

Here are the ones I deemed the best in both differing perspective and content:

Pumpkin pie SIAB!

IMG_1335Blog

The Mix

  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch ground ginger
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Pinch ground cloves

–> Vita-mix away!

Toppings
  • Plain Jane granola
  • Coconut
  • Crumbled Carr’s Whole Wheat Cracker (that tastes like a cookie!)

Matt claims to hate pumpkin, so he had a yogurt bowl for breakfast. He’s missing out!

Haha I love that you say he “claims to hate pumpkin.” There are a few things my Matt doesn’t like that I think he is just too hesitant and/or stubborn to try!

I laughed about the “claims” to hate pumpkin too! I refuse to believe that my husband hates things that I love so I say he “claims” to hate them too 🙂
