Chia Sunrise

IMG_6831-2Blog

Morning! I was up before the sunrise, which isn’t saying much because since when does the sun not rise before 7!? Tears for mid-summer mornings.

IMG_6833-2Blog

I’m actually headed to the new house today to meet with a painter and security system guru. We move on Sunday/Monday and our house is now knickknack free! All décor is packed.

IMG_6836-2Blog

I made a simple bowl of yogurt topped with oats, banana, blueberries, Cville Cluster granola, chia seeds and sunflower butter.

IMG_6829-2BlogIMG_6828-2Blog

Lipton tea to be like mom!

IMG_6832-2BlogIMG_6827-2Blog

Adios!

Tell your mom I do that too! I can drink other black teas, but so many places just have herbal.

I am all about some chia seeds on pretty much all breakfasts foods now. Except for this morning’s breakfast in which I had some Bar Harbor Sardines in Maple Syrup with my egg whites and High Five bread on the side. I wasn’t sure how I would enjoy the sardines but they were actually really flavorful and not a bad flavor! Thanks for suggesting them awhile back, I was excited to stumble across them at TFM! I will probably be as successful as getting people to try sardines as I was with getting people to try chia seeds…
