Call Me Crazy

There’s really nothing more wonderful than early morning runs with friends. I enjoy them so very much!! It’s just a shame they mean finding the motivation to set the ole alarm clock and getting out of bed!

Today I met Suzanne and Faith for a 6 miler around Cville. It was totally awesome!!

IMG_4210 (640x427) (2)

Who IS this girl – I had eggs for breakfast!!

IMG_4213 (640x427) (2)

Matt was in the mood for them and I decided to join him. After my long run I wanted something hot.

1.5 scrambleds (in some butter!)

IMG_4217 (640x427) (2)

With kiwi + apple

IMG_4219 (640x427) (2)

And an Apple Crunch toast with Crofter’s

IMG_4220 (640x427) (2)

Sips

IMG_4227 (640x427) (2)

The breakfast was just what I was craving, but it did not really fill me up! I am so much more of a carbs/cereal/oatmeal [duh!] and fats (PB!) girl than protein-focused breakfast like eggs, scrambles, smoothies or meats. I might need a snack with this one!

IMG_4211 (640x427) (2)

Miss Larbs made my Baked Oatmeal Snack Bars with chocolate yesterday – look delish!

Happy Birthday to DIANA and ANNE P!!!

this !

Peace!

I don’t know why, but I never get full enough with eggs either. I am definitely an oats girl as well.

Have a great day, congrats on a sweeet run with sweeeeet friends!

I don’t always comment, but I read your blog daily and look forward to seeing what you are up to. It’s funny, everyone thinks California is the place to be and I live in California and I am jealous of your East coast. Living in a quaint little town where you can bicycle/walk/run where you need to go. I even tried to find the pumpkin ale and I can’t get it here.
