Bread Wars

Things are going swimmingly here today. We’re already sold out of Cville Crunch!

IMG_4775 (640x427)

It kind of has the consistency of cake!!

IMG_4774 (640x427)

I worked until 1:30 and then sat down to lunch munch.

Big salad from home – greens, maters, cucs, goat feta, olive oil, balsamic, smoked salt from our Whole Foods salt bar

IMG_4772 (640x427)

And a slice of the best

IMG_4773 (640x427)

IMG_4771 (640x427)

I also had a bite of Matt’s GIANT foot-long cheddar garlic tomato grilled cheese. That bread is so good too!

Tonight will be a romantic evening at home with homemade tomato sauce and Harry Potter #6! We’re watching the two previous before we see the final one.

OH – and I drove my car to work today!! Imagine that. It was so luxurious – air conditioning, radio, no hills. Now I know why people drive cars!

Hope you have a fun evening. My dad’s birthday is July 15th, and for one year all he could talk about was seeing the new HP for his birthday 🙂 He has read the entire series 13 times. Literally. He’s a fast reader, but still! He loves HP. I think it’s adorable. We gladly obliged and took him to see it on the first day. I think you’ll enjoy it (after watching the preceding ones, as you said) 🙂

I’ve only seen the first 3 HP loosely and read those books. I should do a “marathon” catch-up I guess. Have you read the books?

Okay – what will it take for me to get you to send me some of the cake-like bread??!! Do tell!!

Have a great time at HP #6!

That grilled cheese sandwich looks sooooo good. Im obsessed with cheese! It’s funny how normal driving is until you aren’t able to do it for a while, then it’s amazing! When I lived in Hawaii I rode the city bus like every one else (no one drives there) so when I came back to California on vacations and when I moved back it was amazing to be able to sit in air conditioning listening to music
