Boring Bites, Terrific Taste

I totally didn’t think about the fact that I wouldn’t have internet when I brought my laptop to work today, but somehow I found a wireless signal! I worked from 11-1 straight through and then took a break to eat my packed lunch. Nothing fancy today – just a boring sandwich.

Leftover orange chicken with pepperjack cheese, spinach and mustard on Dakota mini loaf bread –

A big ol’ pickle!

And cherrrrriiiiiessssss

IMG_8272 (1024x768)

Berry Flavor – loved it!

And a pink plate for presentation 🙂

GOOD LUCK to all of you registering tonight for the summit! It will be through PayPal (but you can use any credit card) and please note you can only register one person at a time.

See you after dinner – I have a new recipe planned!

Have you ever had ranier cherries? The yellow and pink ones? THey are pricey but worth every penny.

I wanted to mention this restaurant since you are going to be visiting Charlottesville, VA. My bar review lecturer for Contracts mentioned as the last point of the lecture that if we are ever in Charlottesville, VA, that we should go to his sons’ restaurant, Eppies. There are actually quite a few menu items I think you would like so I thought I would pass along the information.

Not boring at all. I would be thrilled if I had leftover orange chicken for one of my work sandwiches. Looks like something the rest of us would eat for lunch. 😉
