A Series Of Yawns

IMG_4291Blog

Morning!

IMG_4283Blog

Some overnights oats to start the day.

1/3 cup Coach’s Oats, 1/3 cup greek yogurt, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 banana, pinch of salt. Topped with Chia Charger (underneath!) and Hemp Plus granola.

Minty mint tea

Despite sleeping for 9 hours, I can’t stop yawning! Perhaps getting dressed will help with that : )

Pretty glass bowl/jar! Good call with the pinch of salt – I always add a bit to my oats. And cinnamon.

Is that a handle-less mug? Or is it just hiding? 🙂 Either way it’s pretty!

Sometimes the more sleep you get, the more tired you are. I think your body begins to think, hey you’re going easy on me today – so hop back into bed and gimme some more. Ha Ha

Gotta get back into some oats for breakfast. Those look delicious this morning,

We’re enjoying frothy milk in our coffee with chicory this morning, thanks to your suggestion, and it’s delicious! Oh, Kodiak pancakes with blueberries too 🙂 Your blog has given me so many delicious ways to “change up” our breakfasts. Thanks, Kath!

I had almost the exact same breakfast yesterday except I used strawberries instead of bananas! And of course I didn’t have that amazing Cville Cluster! Still delicious though – so much so that I contemplated making the same one for today but went with pumpkin Kodiak Cakes instead 🙂

Even though you have countless pictures of oats, you still manage to make them different and totally scrumptious looking in every photograph. Great job!

I have to run… I have to soak some oats so I can have them for an afternoon snack!

I was going to test the theory if Coach’s Oat’s make good overnight oats. Wasn’t sure about that. Thank you for finding out. Now, I think I will go hoard my big bag of CO and make me some! 😀

You must have a “toppings bar” for your oats that looks like the topping choices at Sweet Frog (minus the candy of course lol)? I need to come up with a cute system for storing all kinds of toppings–maybe glass jars on shelves? Otherwise I forget what I have hidden in my pantry and never use them all!
