A Dollop Of Daisy

IMG_2388Blog-2IMG_2393Blog-2

Top of the morning to you all!! I’m having a great one so far. I lovely cool summer morning with hot oats, cool coffee and fresh flowers <3

I made a batch of Coach’s Oats complete with banana, cottage cheese, cinnamon and chia seeds. Today’s batch was even creamier and less “steel cutty” than last time! You could have fooled me that these were rolled oats! Maybe it was the super ripe whole banana?

IMG_2394Blog-2

I topped ‘em with some granola and peanut butter. I’m missing sunflower butter!

IMG_2385Blog-2

Served with Wednesday’s leftover coffee!

IMG_2386Blog-2IMG_2378Blog

I’ve got some cold brewed coffee in the works for tomorrow! We’ll see how it goes : )

IMG_2413Blog

I’m doing some household things then headed to Body Pump, then showering and to the bakery, then out tonight for First Friday!! They’re even more fun in the summer when there’s live music AND the gallery crawl!!

Happy Long Holiday Fun Time Weekend!!

I’m super jealous of your First Fridays – I wish we had something like that here!

I had the exact same breakfast (except I had sunflower butter, wish I could send you some of mine, I’m a loving it!) and it was perfect. The weather is the exact same here – the perfect kind if you ask me.

Also? Now I’m singing “Do a dollop, do, do a dollop of DAISYYY!!” in my head. Haha

I keep meaning to try The Pioneer Woman’s recipe for iced coffee. I just pour my coffee over ice and — voila! — but her method sounded much tastier and more authentic.
