    I think I need that spoon…
Cardamom, huh? I put together DIY jars of cookie mix last night that contain that very spice… guess I’ll have to throw a pinch of it in my oatmeal tomorrow to test it out! That’s one of those spices that if you go just a tad overboard, it kills all other flavors (like nutmeg).

Definitely an oats day – it’s so grey outside! Great idea with the cardamom – I’ve been addicted to it this winter.

Ha, Cardamom! That flavor has become a joke in my family because we had a surprisingly high number of instances in which we inquired (at a restaurant, party, dinner, etc) what that extra little ingredient was that was kicking up the taste a ton– the answer was ALWAYS cardamom.

I’ve been loving cardamom lately too. I’ve added it to some smoothies with other warm spiced (cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves etc) and even a little bit changes the taste so much! Looks like a delicious bowl!

Do you ever get tired of posting oatmeal over and over and over again. I know I get tired of reading about it, so I can’t imagine how boring it must be to continually take pictures of it and try to think of something interesting to say about it. There is no longer anything interesting to say about oatmeal. So so boring.
