3 Down, 3 To Go!

Three of us are here!!!! Three more to arrive šŸ™‚

IMG_0560 (640x480)

My flight was on time (early!!) and Jenna and I arrived within 4 minutes of one another. I ate breakfast right after we took off at 8AM

Hazelnut Butter + Ginger Raspberry Rhubarb on Dakota

IMG_0558 (640x480)

And cherries! With my book Housekeeping that I can’t fully appreciate because my mind is so busy these days.

IMG_0555 (640x480)

Jenna and I navigated the Boston subway with my 45-pound suitcase and made it to the Radisson in good time. We were both famished and after checking out our rooms, which are so nice (!!), we met Tina and walked to lunch at Piattini.

IMG_0563 (640x480)

There are so many beautiful 26’s in this city!

IMG_0562 (640x480)

IMG_0559 (640x480)

Larbs and Matt were waiting when we arrived! (They are both out of town this weekend so they couldn’t come to the summit šŸ™ )

IMG_0561 (640x480)

We were greeted with a huge basket of divinely chewy bread

IMG_0564 (480x640)

I had half a slice –

IMG_0565 (640x480)

Matt and I shared a salad and sandwich (love sharing – thanks Matt!)

The almond salad before I gave Matt his share

IMG_0566 (640x480)

After

IMG_0568 (640x480)

And my half of a Prosciutto, Mozzarella + Pesto Sandwich, which was TO DIE FOR!!

IMG_0567 (640x480)

We had an army of the cutest little birds hoping to snag some of our bread šŸ™‚

IMG_0570 (480x640)

Lunch was so fresh and delicious. I’m glad to I got to see L+M and will be dining with them on Sunday night as well.

After lunch Tina, Jenna and I walked back to the Radisson, but we couldn’t help stopping into a HUGE Banana Republic looking for sales, which were on the very top floor

IMG_0573 (640x480)

IMG_0574 (640x480)

No luck!

We’ve got an hour to chill and then we’re headed back out for some JP Licks ice cream!! Getting lots of walking in today – I already have a blister!

H arrives this afternoon and C+M are coming at 7, and then we’re all going to dinner!!! SO EXCITED!!

Anyone in the Boston area: Check the Summit website for festivities that you can join us for. And we will be LIVE STREAMING the whole summit on Saturday at www.HealthyLivingSummit.com. Check in Saturday AM!

I had commented earlier about being excited to meet everyone at JP Licks but I ended up having to work late. I’m definitely going to keep up with the Summit site for other opportunities for those w/out tickets.

My boyfriend and I are training for a 1/2 marathon so we’re looking forward to running with a group on Sunday morning.

    Enjoy Boston!
