High Flyin’ Breakfast

iPhone blogging!! Saving my official post until I actually eat my breakfast 🙂 Will have it up after lunch with Jenna, Tina, Larbs and Matt! Maybe sooner.

I didn’t sleep that well last night. It was one of those where I knew I’d have to wake up any minute. I’m spoiled from getting to sleep through the sunrise all summer! Matt’s alarm went off at 3 something and I sat straight up thinking it was mine!

I woke up at 5 and got purdy for my big day to Boston. Karen arived at 6 on the dot to chauffer me to the airport. Thanks again Karen!!

How’s 45 lbs of stuff for 4.5 days in Boston – and it’s not even winter!! I checked my suitcase despite the $30 cost to 1) Get rid of the extra bag for airport ease and 2) Potential swag that is greater than 3 oz!!

I hunted down some good coffee but ended up with Starbucks – blech. I got the extra bold kind at least and doctored it up with cinnamon and whole milk. It’s tolerable now.

Ive got an Almond Haze and Ginger Rhubarb Dakota sandwich and cherries for the flight. Plus trail mix if I need it. Planning to eat after we take off for a more pleasant dining experience – the coffee will tide me over till then.

iPhones RULE!!!

I agree! Starbucks has decent Espresso, but narsty coffee! It’s just so acidic.

Hi Kath! Quick question for you – do they let you bring food in your carry-on bag (other than the stuff you can buy after you get past security)? I’m always too scared to try thinking they’re going to snag it from me. Can’t wait to see you at the Summit! Woo-hoo!

That’s why I love Southwest. No bag fee, big overhead compartments to fit my big carryon, and big smiles too 🙂

Have a wonderful time this weekend! Say hi to Boston for me!
