Not really! They were steel cut, but they were leftover so they were super fast to re-heat and eat!
Had the first of the 5 I made yesterday – I don’t think these are as good frozen as fresh off the stove. But it’s still fun to have them on hand.
Did 30 minutes Stairmaster, 5 minutes rowing machine, 12 minutes Stat bike, 5 minutes abs. 426 kcal burned!
To Twinks who asked me about rowing a few days ago: I did the rowing machine for 5 minutes at resistance 8 with about 26 rpm and my heart rate averaged 130-132 bpm. I burned almost exactly 30 kcal, which would be 100 every 15 minutes or so, depending on intensity. Hope that helps give you a ballpark!
With PB, sliced almonds, banana, cinnamon, flax and soy milk.
Plus hot tea, - splenda + soy milk
Breakfast kcal ~463 + 107 from pancake = 570 kcal total.
Off to two classes!
