Work With Wine

My meeting this morning took me over the mountain and through the woods

BLOG-0678

And out to Jefferson Vineyards!

BLOG-0674

Looks like I’m going to be doing some recipe writing & wine pairing for their wine club and newsletter – a match made in heaven! I’ve always wanted to work with wine.

[Not that I don’t already work with wine when I blog about drinking it all the time!!]

I’m excited to get started! So is the first set of wine club wines I brought home to use in the work!

BLOG-0672

When I returned home, Matt and I turned around to walk to Café Europa [<—hey they use the old KERF theme!] on the corner to meet Karen for our weekly family meeting lunch.

BLOG-0679

All signs of warm weather have gone behind the clouds!

BLOG-0687

For lunch I got a roasted veggie & olive pita with a side salad

BLOG-0688

Had to pick off the onions I requested by left in the kitchen 🙁

BLOG-0694

BLOG-0693

This Perrier tasted SO GOOD today!

BLOG-0692

BLOG-0695

Karen had an eggplant + feta panini and Matt had a spicy chicken panini. I think theirs were better than mine..

BLOG-0697 BLOG-0696

We were hungry for something more, so we got Arch’s!

BLOG-0700

They had MARSHMALLOW flavor!!! And of course the gooey brownie was the bomb. We shared this set three ways:

BLOG-0701

And then we walked home!

BLOG-0702

Tomorrow morning via my KERF Shop newsletter, you won’t want to miss this

this !

BLOG-0032

I’m going to yoga this afternoon after some more paper electronic work! Biking in this wind is going to be painful!
