There’s just nothin’ like butterscotch

Especially when it’s sticky, buttery and spreadable from a jar!

OOIANJ

[Overnight oats in a Nutty’s Jar!]

BLOG-0657

The Mix

  • Nutty’s Butterscotch residue
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup milk [went with all milk instead of half yogurt and liked it – although it was much runnier!]
  • 1+ tbsp chia seeds (lots of cold gelly ballz in there today!)
  • Half banana
  • Pinch salt
  • Ancient Grains granola on top

Shenandoah Joe’s make the day robust !

BLOG-0664

I’m off to visit a winery this morning to discuss partnership opportunities!

BLOG-0660

Which means it’s time to shower and get dressed before 9AM!

Showering has been exceptionally pleasant these past few days since I opened up a bar of goat’s milk soap – Tangerine – Bergamot by Whiff Whims – that Rod at the Marsh Harbor Inn on Bald Head Island gave me at Christmastime. The scent is simply lovely.
