Not related to your breakfast but a GH question for you. The GH near me doesn’t sell half the neat sandwiches you guys do, can I ask them to sell some of your options or are sandwiches store specific?

Yeah, we designed our own menu based on our community and personal preferences for a more gourmet sandwich. Most of them are all roast beef and chicken salad. You are certainly welcome to ask – we will share the recipes.

Me too. There is something I hate about going to bulk stores. Although, because it’s so close, I find myself there more often than I want to be. I wish I had a Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s closer. They are both a hike, so I end up there once a month. I don’t know if my wallet wants them any closer! 🙂

    Hi Kath,

I wanted to ask: are you breakfasts as sugar heavy as they seem? I would never think to put sugar butters on my breakfasts, as it doesn’t seem healthy to me and more appropriate for dessert. Thanks!

    Reply
    • KathEats says

      December 14, 2011 at 1:49 pm

Not really? The only sugar comes from the banana, and the Wild Squirrel is hardly a sugar butter – there are only 3 grams of sugar per 2 tbsp. I used 1 tbsp, so that’s 1.5 grams.

I clicked on the Wild Squirrel link and wonder: have you tried the Pretzel Pizazz flavor? I am thinking that I might have to buy that as a gift for my stepdad, because he LOVES the pretzel-pb combo. Just wondering if the pretzel flavor or texture really comes though..
