Thought Process

5:15: BEEP BEEP BEEP

[Snooze]

5:20: BEEP BEEP BEEP

[10 minutes of silence]

5:30:

Me: “I don’t want to go to bootcamp”

Matt: “We can skip it. We’ll go to the Y tonight instead”

Me: “Oh I do NOT want to do that!”

Matt: “Well then we should go this morning!”

Me: “Let’s just skip both.”

Matt: “I want to do one or the other”

[Silence]

Matt “Did you decide”

Me: “I am visualizing the options”

[Silence]

Me: “OK, we’re going to bootcamp”

And we did!

Of course, I was so glad. We had a lot of fun! 25 minutes of 60 second strength intervals and then repeat it all for a 50 minute circuit session.

Then home for a rush, rush, rush breakfast. [I am still rushing to type this!!]

Yogurt bowls!

Siggi’s was on sale at the Bozeman Co-Op – I got my favorite flavor

IMG_8503Blog

Topped with a banana, Quaker Oatmeal Squares, Crunchy Buckwheat Granola, trail mix and peanut butter.

IMG_8505Blog

Not sure peanut butter and orange-ginger really go together..

IMG_8507Blog

Super weak brown water. I need my coffee more than anything from home!!

Time to make some sandwiches!!

I like the idea of visualizing the options. That can help me a lot too. Plus, you always know you will feel better after a great workout. 🙂

Have fun at sammy school today! I bought my first Siggi’s the other day (on sale at WF too! Almost half off). I did not get that flavor though and I’m blanking on what I got, but I’m pumped to try it!

Orange and ginger is definitely the best flavor I’ve had too. I haven’t tried them all, but that one is great! I saw the guy who started Siggi’s on TV last week talking about how he couldn’t find any yogurt in the U.S. that tasted like the yogurt from back home in Iceland, so he started making it. Cool story!

Good for you for getting up!
    I did not. 🙁
My alarm went off at 4:55 this morning… I hit snooze, and then decided to reset it for 6! I figured that since I am only working a half-day today (weird MLK day schedule/snow “make-up”), that I could workout this afternoon.

I’ve always wanted to try a boot-camp style workout! Sounds like a great time:)

Slash orange-ginger mixed with pb would be a tad strange..but would probs be better with orange-cranberry! It’s my favorite new combo;)

Visualizing is such a good idea. I have trouble getting up early. Even if I wake up early naturally I tend to let myself fall back asleep. This morning though I visualized catching up on my Google Reader and having a nice cup of coffee–that helped me wake up!

Siggi’s is SO good, but oh boy, I never buy it unless it’s on sale either. $2.69 for one little serving of yogurt is ridiculous. Glad you went to bootcamp and were glad you did so.
