The Cookie Jar

Who stole the cookies from the cookie jar?

IMG_1967

Wasn’t me! Then who!?

IMG_1959-2

Overnight oats in a cookie jar! Made with one of the Frog Hollow peaches (which was SO sweet and delicious!) and some Groovy Granola on top.

IMG_1960

IMG_1969-2

My coffee concentrate (which I made with the same ratio but maxed out the french press: 4.5 cups to 1 cup of grounds) lasted me all week. Since I’m headed out of town today, I filled my jar with the last of it – all concentrate today!

Coffee-3

I have a few things left to do and then I’m hitting the gym, the shower and then the road! Headed to Virginia Beach for my college roommate’s bachelorette weekend!

    OIA(Cookie)J! Fun post title.

The black coffee concentrate next to the black-labeled (cookie)jar makes for some handsome pictures.

Holy smokes, that is some dark coffee! You should be wide awake all day! 🙂 I’ve been obsessed with peaches this week and now that I think about it, all 3 of my meals yesterday involved peaches! Sounds like a great weekend ahead. Have fun at the bachelorette!

Ohhhh… I love when I get to make overnight oats in a Biscoff jar. Cookie Butter OIAJ should be referred to to just as “Epic.” They deserve a single name. Like Cher.

It makes me feel good to know that whenever I get pregnant I can still enjoy coffee. I must remember that there’s always decaf! Sometimes I think in my head “I want to get pregnant, but what about coffee???”

The research says you can still enjoy a little real coffee – I had a few cappuccinos and things over the winter. Just not more than a cup or so a day

Oh, VA Beach! Looking forward to the photos – we’re thinking of taking a weekend trip from DC there. I’m new to VA (I’m in NoVa though) and the east coast, so all this “stuff” is new to me.

I love oats in the cookie butter jar! It’s ALMOST as good at oats in a nut butter jar, if only the cookie butter had some crunchy texture to it….I’m thinking they should add chunks of cookies in there!

No Trader Joe’s in my area, but I was in Lexington KY few weeks ago & tried the cookie butter – oh my, very addicting! Love it on graham crackers, but I may never buy it again. No self-control,so I better stick to my homemade almond butter, which I can control portions on.
