Tea Towel

IMG_6186-2Blog

Anybody feel the aftershock rumbles last night at 1am, or was that just our bed 😉

IMG_6198-2Blog

This morning I made a yogurt bowl of layered flavors

IMG_6193-2Blog

Greek yogurt (Oikos)

Banana

Blueberries

A sunflower butter ball I had in the freezer

Stale honey puffs from Whole Foods (had to toss the rest – I can’t eat cereal fast enough 🙁 )

Sunflower butter – replenished by my friend Meredith!!

Chia seeds

Coconut

IMG_6191-2Blog

This mason jar towel from Oh Little Rabbit is perhaps my very favorite linen!!

IMG_6197-2Blog

Vanilla tea time! Still no desire for coffee…I suspect that day is just around the corner though.

I’m on the M/W/F/S schedule at the bakery, so I’m working at home today. News breaks at noon!

I was thinking about a yogurt bowl this morning, but they just don’t keep me feeling that full like oatmeal or even a smoothie does. So, I had toast and a little leftover of Ashley’s egg/quinoa bake. Hope that keeps me full until lunch! I work in an office, so sometimes I get boredom hunger. It can be tough to ignore.

I don’t aim for a calorie amount, but I know my breakfasts are usually between 400-600. They often last me 4-5 hours to lunchtime without needing a snack.
