Sun Kissed

IMG_2886 (640x427) (2)

It’s peeking out everywhere!

IMG_2902 (640x427)

Whipped Banana Cottage Cheese Pie

IMG_2896 (640x427)

I say pie because the cheesy cottage cheese, Hail Merry cinnamon cranberry orange topping and Madison‘s Walnut Pecan butter made my brain register "pie."

The Mix

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp Bob’s Red Mill 6 Grain Hot Cereal
  • Half banana
  • Half tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese, stirred in at end
  • Hail Merry grawnola crumbles
  • Madison‘s Walnut Pecan butter melt

Greeeeeeat creamy texture today!

And a bit of sun warmth

I hope so! I’m stuck inside all day, but at the YMCA so it’s okay 😉 Hopefully I’ll be able to get some sun on these shoulders! Love the sound of your oats, have a good day!

    MMm pie!

I had a nice sunny breakfast today too…the sun seemed to rise really quickly today…or perhaps it was because the event happened while I was in the shower! I woke up in the dark and then was blinded when I came out!

Your house looks beautiful, by the way. Clean and simple yet filled with character!

I was driving down Beacon St. in Brookline last night and I swear I saw your sister. I recognized her from all of your pics. Not sure.. it always seems so plain to me.. yet I really like oats when they aren’t cooked and just thrown into my yogurt. I need to try to add cottage cheese to oats… I’ve never done that.
