Stresssssssssssssss

Ohmigosh. Such a stressful day!! 7 miles, blisters, presentation, rushed lunch, extra project for work, lots and lots and LOTS of emails, and a BROKEN BLOG. Uggggg.

Can we please give

this !
3 cheers for the Open Sky Tech Team!!!

Thank you, thank you guys!! I still have no idea what was up or even how we fixed it 🙁 I was blogging all day and could see my posts, but I guess most of you could not?!

Anyways, stress kept me busy and hunger at bay. I didn’t have my cutie orange at lunch, so I had it for a snack at 5:00

IMG_7248 (640x427)

Plus some nuts as I packed snacks for our trip this weekend. (Matt is already in Cville!)

IMG_7249 (640x427)

Other snacks packed: some mini LaraBars that Amie sent me!! Thank you so much Amie!! I cannot WAIT to try the new flavors!

IMG_7251 (640x427)

Dinner was waaaay late. I didn’t eat till 7:30 and was very hungry and ready to eat! I think it was spinning my mustard greens in the salad spinner that had me procrastinating cooking! I hate that.

But my gosh this dinner tasted so great!

IMG_7261 (640x427)

Two leftover Apple Lentil Walnut loaf muffins. These have gotten better and better!!

IMG_7256 (640x427)

IMG_7262 (640x427)

The last of my Rosemary Quackers!

IMG_7263 (640x427)

A half a giant bunch of mustard greens, sauteed in a few tbsp of water and then drizzled with lemon, olive oil and honey. SO GOOD!

IMG_7264 (640x427)

Abused beer glass! POM + seltzer

IMG_7260 (427x640)

Deeeeeelish!

In case you missed it…Open Sky Caftea Group Shop is still going on!!! Through Saturday AM.

$15 for TWO bags: Chocolate Truffle & Creme Brulee.

TWENTY-SIX (26!!) people have to buy it or the deal is off. If you submit an offer and 26 don’t join in, you don’t spend a dime. If 26 do, it’s a deal!

Starts this morning (now) and ends on Saturday AM.

***

Wanted to get into bed tonight by 8. Hmm. That’s not going to happen. Still have more to do! Gah. I’ll be glad when I have an evening to relax with Glee again!

Going to eat a Biscoff and then head up to bed.

I actually had no problem seeing your posts all day. Odd. But I’m glad it’s fixed! I know that must’ve been a huge headache.

Your dinner sounds fabulous! I have to try those muffins.. I’ve been afraid to try lentils for some reason. And I tried the POM + seltzer tonight and it rocks!

Glad that your presentation went well, and that your blog is up and running! I don’t like washing salad either. It just seems to take too long when I’m hungry?

    Have a wonderful weekend trip!

Those lentil loaves look so hearty!!! I looovvveee the PB&J Lara bar…it is my new obsession. My dad has those same beer glasses. My brother got them for him because the top is supposed to be “for a perfect foam”…or something like that, but hey POM and looks way better in a Sammie glass 😉

I seriously dread the day I experience blog problems, cause I surely have no one to help me out! I really need to buck up and shell out the dough for some POM. I’ve been wanting to try it so bad, and I just think it looks like the best thing ever every time you drink it.

The tropical fruit punch larabar is delish. Love that new flavor.

Also, how do you prepare your mustard greens? I love greens in general, but I find that mustard greens can be particularly bitter in comparison to say, kale.
