I definitely could have used iced coffee today. I was sweating a little while eating mine this morning. Haha.

Good luck with your to-do list – at least most of it looks like fun stuff! (not the bank part of course – I HATE when fraud charges show up, so annoying. just had to deal with that last week!)

Ugh – the bank/fraud charge thing… what a pain. I’ve had THREE fraudulent charge issues on three different debit cards (and two different banks) over the past year. It is frustrating and time consuming.

It FINALLY feels a bit bearable here in Clt this morning. Not cool per se, but I’ll take it!

I had a fraud issue a couple years ago on my credit card and it was a HORRIBLE headache. I actually filed a compliant against Capital One with the Better Business Bureau and still never got it solved satisfactorily.

I hope you have better luck!

Kath– I tried Body Pump today for the first time today and thought of you the whole time. It was brutal, but I did enjoy it. However, I was a little lost, everyone kept taking off weight, putting it on, my whole body was shaking! Have you noticed any differences in your body appearance since you started?

    Happy Friday 🙂

If you have time, speak to the instructor right before your next class about how much weight you should use for different exercises. Usually, my instructor tells everyone how much they should put on when we start a new muscle group. The shaking will go away after a while.
