Desserts!

IMG_5415 (640x427)

Hungry girl fixed a plate of all

IMG_5420 (640x427)

Complete with Brie + Biscoff and Nuttzo and Jam toasts

IMG_5422 (640x427)

Herby pita chips and veg and hummus

IMG_5423 (640x427)

And 1sts and seconds of fruit!

IMG_5424 (640x427)

IMG_5418 (640x427)

Dessert was one of Jennifer’s amazingly chewy oatmeal raisin cookies! Topped with Biscoff spread!! Can’t get enough of that stuff.

I spent the afternoon in a funk, stressing about the piles and piles of clothes that need sorting and packing on my bed (they are still there!) while I worked on my case study for my internship and sipped a coconut water. I’ve been shaky from anxiety since I woke up this AM – I think just thinking about going back to work tomorrow and a this being a big-deal week of moving. Ahhh!

But somehow, we always make room for the symphony. Even if the house is still in shambles!!

Off we go.

your coconut water reminded me that I just bought some O.N.E. Cashew fruit (juice? water? It doesn’t say). But its tasty! I didn’t know that cashews also had a fruit that grows with them! The juice was tasty; kind of appley with maybe a hint of banana and a hint of the cashew nut flavor. I think it would be tasty in a smoothie!

I think I have the same relationship with Nutella that you have with the Biscoff spread. Whenever I buy a jar of Nutella, I seem to eat it on everything – spread on cookies and sandwiches, blobbed onto oatmeal, and eaten with a spoon straight out of the jar. I’ll have to try that Biscoff spread soon.

I hope the cloud of stress lifts and you feel better soon . =)

I love that saying, “we always make room for the symphony”. I’ve never heard it before, but it’s a beautiful reminder that everything will work out just fine. I mean, you’ve got Biscoff spread! Life is good! 🙂
