Slow Motion

This always seem a little slow moving on Mondays.

Or perhaps everything but me is fast moving and I feel pressure to catch up!

I’m already running late getting my day started, but I have this french toast to blame:

French toast on High Five bread and Cinnamon Chip bread (a half slice of each) seared with coconut and flax. Plus grilled banana!! And the opening of a new jar of TJ’s Sunflower Butter – the nut butter of all nut butters!! Er, SEED butter!!!

The sun seems to be slow to get up this morning too!

I’m having a slow-motion Monday morning as well. Ugh.
The first of the fresh local strawberries on my yogurt bowl this morning helped a bit, though. 🙂
And hey, it’s a three day week for me this week… so that is something to look forward to!
    Have a great day!!

TJ’s Sunflower Butter is the best tasting nut butter of all time. I don’t know what it is about it. The saltiness, the sweet kick, the creamy-runniness..just so delicious. Although the chunky PB with Flaxseeds from TJ’s is damn good, too.
