Happy morning

Charlottesville is going on week II of cloudy, gloomy days. Where is the bright fall I love!? September is either all sunshine or all clouds. Year to year, you never know which one. It usually swaps with October, so here’s to a gorgeous Oct!

Breakfast of champions!

Coach’s oats, banana, chia seeds, milk, water, cinnamon, Cville Cluster, Barney Butter

Now that we’re settled a bit more, I’m hoping to crank out some more feature posts I’ve been meaning to write for ages. This week’s smartphone postings made me realize ‘tis better to produce content than not, so I’m hoping to just throw them out there inbetween regularly scheduled posts. Look for that wedding one to pop up soon!

I just picked up a huge bag of Coach’s Oats at Costco over the weekend, for something different. I haven’t tried them yet, but got them on your recommendation. 🙂

I happen to enjoy both the cloudy days, and the sunny days of fall. The temps have not cooled off near enough here in Clt, so the clouds help. (a bit). Crisp sunny days MUST be just around the corner though!

That breakfast looks awesome. I’ve officially finished my Cville Cluster and am now on to Groovy Granola. I LOVE it – though nothing beats Cville Cluster in my book!!

I think weight watchers is a great program for some people. Just depends if the format and support meshes with your personality. I would say, however, to stay away from their branded yogurts, bars and things. They don’t have the best ingredient lists.
