We arrived at my parents’ house around 1:00 still full from breakfast, but we’re headed to the husband’s uncle’s house next so we had to eat lunch now or never! I made a salmon sandwich made with cucumber and a tomato and had some grapefruit. I wasn’t too hungry and I want to keep things light while I can since where we’re headed will have more food options and we’re going out to dinner tonight.
I also nibbled on a cheese straw, which my mom makes every Christmas.
Lunch calories: ~300.
