Polly Put The Kettle On

IMG_4350Blog

Polly, that’s me!!

Although Polly made the coffee quite strong today! I think I forgot the ratio for French press ; )

Larbs and I have plans to go to her gym at 9, but waking up at 8 I was too hungry to wait for breakfast after. So I’m eating my overnight oats now and hoping I can still do light cardio when I get there soon.

Made with oats, almond milk, Fage, banana and peanut butter in the jar we finished off yesterday!

Hopefully an hour will be enough to digest for your workout. If its light cardio I would think you would be good. Happy Saturday!

It always pleases me when you quote Mother Goose! I feel like I taught you well, oh so long ago. Well it wasn’t that long ago, just 26 years or so. Have fun today, all four of you.

Sometimes I’m just too hungry when I wake up to wait, too! So I have a snack if I want to wait, usually tides me over for awhile.

I know that feeling where you wake up too hungry to wait for food!
Story of my life. I always wake up about 3 hours before the rest of my house, so I always eat first. I hate when people suggest breakfast 🙁

Delicious looking breakfast, as always~ I’ve never tried OIAJ… which is weird since I go through nut butters so quickly!
