Good Evening And Goodnight

Three cheers for the happy couple!

IMG_6357 (427x640)

Matt’s dad re-proposed to his bride-to-be, Cheryl, tonight, and it was so sweet. And it’s been so nice to gather with both families for this occasion! I love family reunions.

IMG_6326 (640x427) IMG_6347 (640x427) IMG_6345 (640x427)IMG_6332 (640x427) IMG_6330 (640x427)

We gathered for cocktails at 5PM before we headed out to dinner

IMG_6336 (427x640)

I had mostly seltzer with a splash of bourbon for flavor!

IMG_6337 (640x427) IMG_6338 (640x427) IMG_6339 (640x427) IMG_6343 (640x427) IMG_6362 (640x427)

My darling cousins make me want to have kids ASAP 🙂

IMG_6328 (640x427)

These two are totally amazing kids!

IMG_6334 (640x427)

Mark and Cheryl are some of the biggest dog lovers we know. One of 5 dogs, Senora, is 17 years old..

IMG_6361 (640x427) IMG_6327 (640x427)

We nibbled on cheese + fruit for appetizers

IMG_6350 (640x427) IMG_6351 (640x427)

And then headed to dinner

IMG_6359 (640x427)

Andrew gave me an ear lickin’!

IMG_6371 (640x427) IMG_6372 (427x640) IMG_6374 (640x427)

Inside the club, we were seated at the most beautiful table

IMG_6376 (640x427) IMG_6387 (640x427)

IMG_6378 (640x427)

The red wine was excellent

IMG_6382 (640x427)

And I definitely had more than my body likes to receive!

IMG_6386 (640x427)

We enjoyed bread and crackers with whipped pimento cheese

IMG_6391 (640x427)

And a spinach salad with bleu cheese to start

IMG_6394 (640x427)

Our entree was Surf + Turf, plus asparagus + taters, precious. I ate more surf than turf 🙂

IMG_6408 (640x427)

The dessert was consumed in its entirety. Heavenly cheesecake!

IMG_6421 (640x427)

And Uncle David ended the night toasty

IMG_6429 (640x427)

I absolutely love weddings when the rehearsal dinner is a blast – because it means we still have the wedding to look forward to! Until then, sleep beckons!

Petey sez goodnight!!!

In reference to your last post, that is SO BIZZARE to see those pictures because I live in Spartanburg, that’s my downtown!!! Love it 🙂 Our downtown is small but it’s growing. Spartanburg is really small but it’s a nice town. And you had PERFECT weather today!

The pictures of your day/night are gorgeous! I am truly jealous that you and Matt (who I am guessing is the photographer when you are in the picture) have practically mastered the in-the-moment shots. Looks like it was an awesome night!
