Pretty flowers! I miss the sun haha. It’s rained here for days and won’t stop til Wednesday. We had massive tornadoes here last night and there’s a lot of destruction actually, around St. Louis. The airport is closed indefinitely. Happy spring?

Hi Kath! I love your blog and always want to make peanut flour sauce, but when I went to Trader Joe’s last, they had already discontinued it! 🙁 The guy suggested almond flour instead, do you think I could make it the same way?

I need to find some chia seeds. I have never tried them before.

I wish we were going to have weather in the 70’s, but it will come soon enough.
