Oatmeal Con Cornbread

Close your eyes and pretend it’s chili (cause it’s a chilly morning!)

The Mix

  • 1/4 cup oat bran
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Pinch salt
  • Half banana
  • 1 tbsp flax
  • Crumbled cornbread muffin
  • Coconut
  • Pumpkin Spice Almond Butter

And what a good one it was!!!!

    No you di’in’t! Seeing that cornbread is pure deliciousness, I can’t even imagine the magic cornbread AND oats produced. I absolutely have to try this. (I have done pb+cornbread before and that’s pretty stellar, so I trust this!)

    Though adding cornbread to oatmeal sounds kind of weird, I love cornbread so much I would absolutely give it a try. I will have to save some when I bake it tonight with my White Chili. Mmmm Mmmm
