I LOVE Nuttzo! I usually end up mixing nut butters together on my toast anyway, so Nuttzo makes it a lot easier 🙂 Love your coffee mug btw!

It feels good to eat healthy after a vacation! I ate so much crap over the past few weeks that I’m actually craving vegetables today.

Your trip looks like it was a lot of fun.
That being said, I’m glad you’re home so that I have some seriously scrumptious and inspiring meals to look forward to. Ha! =)

After traveling, there is nothing like eating that first fresh green salad at home.

AFTER you go to the grocery store since there’s usually nothing left in the fridge that’s fresh (or if you’re like me, that one lone bag of carrots or mushy apple that’s been there for god knows how long)

    Welcome home!

Normal. That is a word I can get comfortable hearing again. So much celebrating in such a short time. Today was our day to transition out of holiday food back into REAL FOOD. Boy, did it feel good. You really do forget how good a plain ol’ salad can be. Or even how sweet a simple clementine is when finishing a meal.

    Here’s to normal! Cheers!

I have to say, I’m a little jealous of your beautiful new porch and all the beautiful pictures you take out there. It looks so bright and inviting, definitely gave me plenty of ideas for when I get my own place. Looks like your enjoying being home. I always love vacations and getting away from the day to day stuff, but it makes me appreciate home so much more too 🙂
    Happy New Year Kath!

It’s a super crunchy multi-nut-and-seed butter. Also on the expensive side, but good!!
