New Yorrrk Ceeety

We’re here!! Between my bed and the airplane I got about 8 hours of sleep so I’m ready to rock n roll. Somehow hunger held off until we got to our hotel at 8:30am and went on a hunt for anything-but-Starbucks. We had planned in eating our Dakota bun, banana and PB sandwiches on the plane but the flight was too short! (and I was sleeping 😉 ). So we waited until we could settle into a coffee shop and really enjoy them. For a few blocks I didn’t think we’d find something open but I spotted the word “organic” and found the PERFECT coffee shop!

With breakfast and a cappuccino in me, were ready to explore this city on foot. We’ve got a museum in mind and a hot lunch date!

Back after lunch with a real post and legitimate photos 😉

You should get into New York pretty early. Hope you get to see a show? We live in New York State and get to the City only about once a year, if that. What a shame you weren’t coming Upstate. If ever…call! 🙂 Although “cow country” certainly isn’t as fun as the city.
Hope you have a great time – can’t wait to read about it. Are you going to go for a run around Central Park?
