Limes & Avocados

^^ That’s what we’re living on here! That and mai tais!

Foodblog (4 of 5) this !

Breakfasts have been on the light side because we usually do our workouts in the morning. The latest one was a mix of cardio and strength moves – everything from push ups to squat jumps. We did each exercise (10 of them) for 1 minute, then 45 seconds then 30 seconds 3x through. Great workout! We ended with a short run to the pier and back.

Preworkout toast with almond butter –

Then we were on the beach all morning!!

Inside for lunch, I had a Virginia roll with egg, avocado and cheese that was epic. Plus cherries and chips. We have gone through so many avocados!

Dinner was fresh fish – mahi mahi and grouper – plus scallops and a big kale salad with blue cheese and avocado.

I love your top and shorts! Can I ask what brand they are or where you may have purchased them (if online)? 🙂

What a great trip so far! I JUST blogged this morning about what to do with extra blue cheese. I’m definitely making a kale and blue cheese salad tonight. Thanks for the inspiration!

Looks like a gorgeous place to be- wow. Reminds me of Fripp Island SC where my family vacations. Well, we only can afford it about once every 10 years but we love renting a beach house when we can! Cherish every day, you have a lovely life, Kath!

Definitely need some recipes—the salad looks outstanding!

You look so fit, I’ll continue following your blog for sure to get ideas, motivation and inspiration healthy eating.

I’m sure you have been through those times where you thought it was going to be impossible to get in shape and stay that way. I waver back and forth and get discouraged as I think the weight loss, healthy eating habits and activity are going to wane as they usually do. Enough crabbing!

LOVE your pics…your little guy is precious!

Hi Kath, I have a question for you that I have been wanting to ask you for some time now. How much do you exercise? I don’t really now hoe much I should workout. I am 21 years old. I have been on a break for the past few months ( I needed to recover from an eating disorder). I like to run and make exercises at home. But how often should I do it? And for how long? I really hopw you can help me! 🙂 Thank you so much 🙂

It depends on the day! Sometimes I walk a lot and have a 90 minute soccer game and other days I do a 60 minute strength class and that’s it. Sometimes I don’t do anything (like today- car trip!) My main goal is to be active for at least an hour a day though.
