A good morning to you!
Today is a computer workday – enough lounging! But if I get my work complete, I can lounge some more
[I finished Sarah‘s Key last night and highly recommend it. It was an easy read but also very poignant and beautifully written – definitely one of those you can’t put down.]
Breakfast today was overnight oats.
Last night I mixed:
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- Just a smidge of leftover yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (the key!!)
- Sea salt
This morning I added:
- ~6 blackberries
- Half a banana
- Crunchy Buckwheat Granola (~3 tbsp?) + Hemp Plus Granola (~2 tbsp?)
- Bella Eats Blackberry Jam
Since there was less yogurt to add, these were liquidier than normal, but also more fun to eat than normal!
